(PCI), founded in 1981, is a multi-talented firm providing consulting services related to all areas of civil engineering, environmental planning, and land surveying, using the latest technology compatible with both the private and governmental sectors. PCI’s Officers are Adalberto Camarillo, Andrew Poznecki, and Fernando Camarillo who have over 80 years of collective experience in civil engineering and surveying. Over the last 27 years, PCI has enjoyed steady growth to its current staff of over 30 employees. Core services have also expanded over the years from land survey and civil engineering work to include a transportation group and the most recent addition of environmental planning services.
