Adalberto Camarillo

Mr. Camarillo attended the National Politechnic Institute in Mexico City, Mexico.  He is a founder of PCI and has been a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas since 1981.  His career spans over 30 years and includes experience in engineering and surveying, including management, research, design and production supervision.  He has been the Principal-in-Charge and Production Coordinator for projects in land development, commercial, industrial, urban renewal, and municipal, as well as state and federal government work.  Mr. Camarillo has extensive experience in all phases of land surveying including boundary, right-of-way and easement acquisition, right-of-way map creation, topographic, creating and/or recovering horizontal and vertical control, photogrammetry interpretation, consulting, legal witness, platting, research, creation of as-built documents, and accident site reconstruction.

Mr. Camarillo maintains a high level of commitment to the San Antonio community and professional associations through service on numerous boards and committees.  As a board member of the Free Trade Alliance, he served as Chair of the Dominican Republic/Central America Free Trade Agreement (DR/CAFTA) Committee.  He also served multiple terms as a Board Member of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.  He served two terms as a Board Member of the University Hospital System and as President of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors (Alamo Chapter).  He served two terms as the Executive Vice-Chair of Economic Development for the Texas Association of Mexican American Chambers of Commerce (TAMAC).  Finally, he served as Chairman of the statewide Texas Department of Transportation DBE/HUB Liaison Committee for three years.  He has been actively involved in the Club Sembradores de Amistad for over 20 years raising scholarship funds for San Antonio youth and as an avid outdoorsman, he served as President of the San Antonio Target Hunting and Fishing Club for five years.  Mr. Camarillo has been married to his wife, Alicia, for 39 years and together with three sons, they share their greatest joy – seven grandchildren.
