Andrew Poznecki

Mr. Poznecki is a 1966 graduate of Texas A&M University.  He is a founder of PCI and has been a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas since 1973.  Mr. Poznecki’s has over 30 years of experience in Engineering, Surveying, and Construction.  He provides a unique combination of Construction Management and Design experience and expertise for clients. As a Principal of PCI, he has served in the Engineering Management role as the Principal-in-Charge and Project Coordinator on numerous projects ranging from streets and drainage, airports, water systems, sewer systems, wastewater treatment, water treatment, and land development, to institutional/educational facilities.

Mr. Poznecki has served on numerous professional organizations and committees in San Antonio and Bexar County. He was the Chairman of the Professional Engineer in Private Practice (PEPP) (2002-2003) and served on the San Antonio Water System, Bexar County, and San Antonio Public Works committees.  He is an active member in the American Water Works Association and the Texas Society of Professional Engineers.  He and his wife, Greta, have been married for 20 years and share three lovely daughters and one granddaughter.  Mr. Poznecki is an avid sportsman and hobbyist.  He presently spends his spare time racing home pigeons which he races throughout Texas – a passion he has enjoyed since high school.
