2003 Bond Program, San Antonio, TX (City of San Antonio Public Works)
 Poznecki-Camarillo, Inc. was contracted as a Subconsultant to provide engineering service for the City of San Antonio Public Works Department. PCI was responsible for scoping and estimating over 21 potential bond projects with a total construction cost estimated over $58 million. Project types included roadway reconstruction, drainage improvements, bridge replacement, facility improvements, and channel improvement jobs. Tasks included field visits, preliminary drainage analysis, environmental constraints, traffic signal requirements, right of way requirements, scope development, and cost estimating for several projects around the San Antonio area. All projects were on an accelerated schedule and all submittals met the client’s schedule. This project was completed in 2003.
