Camelot Subdivision Phase I (Bexar County Public Works)
The Camelot Subdivision Phase I project for Bexar County Public Works is a good exampleof Poznecki-Camarillo, Inc.’s ability to study, design and rehabilitate the street and drainage systems within an existing residential area. Task included roadway design,drainage design, design and construction surveying, construction administration and cost estimating. The original estimated construction cost for Camelot was $1.1 million and the final contracted amount was $945,000. This project is in an area of flat terrain and highly clayey soils. Phasing the construction was an important factor recognizing the daily routine of the residents and access each day. Our attention to detail combined with our extensive experience and management skills have been a great asset to this Project and the Bexar County Public Works staff.
