Medio Creek Water Recycling Center Expansion, San Antonio, TX (SAWS)
 PCI Prepared hydrology and performed hydraulic analysis for the delineation of the 100-yr flood plain at Medio Creek. As a Subconsultant, PCI was responsible for the hydrology and hydraulic analysis of a flood plain adjacent to an existing wastewater treatment plant to be upgradedto a water recycling center, owned and operated by the San Antonio Water System. This project involved floodplain analysis, on-site drainage analysis, existing on-site utility locating, tree survey and topographic surveys. PCI also prepared the LOMR and processed it through the local floodplain administrator and FEMA. This LOM` R required incorporating the DFIRM maps which were under review by FEMA. This LOMR was approved in September 2007.
