RM 187, Bandera Co., TX (TxDOT – San Antonio District)
 Poznecki-Camarillo and Assoc., Inc. was the Prime Consultant for TxDOT in preparing plans, specifications and estimate documents for the widening and reconstruction of 14.4 miles of RM 187 and replacing a bridge class culvert crossing with a new 105 ft bridge over the Sabinal River. The project consisted of widening a narrow two lane rural section and adding bike lanes. Over 30 existing culverts were extended and depleted culverts were replaced. The project involved horizontal and vertical alignment design, traffic control plans, typical section design, signing and striping, culvert layouts, hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, storm water pollution prevention plans and cross sections. This project was on an accelerated schedule. The project was designed and let for construction in six months. Construction was completed in 2007 and was let for construction for $14.0 million.
