PCI offers a comprehensive range of engineering services with an emphasis on Transporation Projects, Capial Improvement Projects, Drainage Projects, Utility Projects, Land Development, and Residential Subdivision Development. After over 25 years in business, PCI continues to provide engineering services to many of our original clients.
PCI’s surveying capabilities extends from boundary and right of way survey to every aspect of design and construction survey. Because we provide both Engineering and Surveying services, we understand and are able to provide a quality product that can be used for our engineering services.
PCI environmental capabilities include environmental planning, coordination, and documentation to meet National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) standards. Our experience and strength lies in meaningful and open communication with the client, resource agencies, and the community to ensure timely and cost-effective preparation, review, and approval of environmental documents.
